WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

It takes us 4-5 business days to deliver your order to your doorstep. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or any gazetted holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders may experience temporary delays during peak seasons or due to information verification processes. Orders placed through our online payment system are subject to a fraud check and will be processed once our payment processor clears them. For all cash-on-delivery orders, payments will be collected at the shipping address. You will receive an email with tracking information once your product has been dispatched; please check your junk/spam folders if you do not receive it.

WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERIES?

The courier service depends on the delivery location and package type. You will receive an email with the courier details and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?

The courier will send you an SMS with the delivery details. If you are unavailable, the parcel may be received by a designated person or family member at the provided shipping address.

ORDER CANCELLATION

For cash-on-delivery orders, we verify orders with a maximum of two confirmation calls. If your order remains unattended, it will be canceled. Customers may cancel their orders at any time before processing is completed. Brenzo reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including out-of-stock items, incorrect contact details, or technical issues.
